How much does MeiYe Zhan cost? Is there a free trial?

One plan: NT$999/month or NT$9,990/year (incl. tax) — annual saves you two months. Every new shop gets a 30-day free trial with full features, no credit card required. We notify you before expiry; nothing auto-charges.

What happens to my data after the free trial ends?

Your data is preserved intact for 90 days after trial expiry. Subscribe any time within that window and pick up exactly where you left off. We notify you again before any cleanup happens past 90 days.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime; charging stops at the end of the current period. Annual plans support pro-rated refunds (full refund within 7 days of first subscription; pro-rated by months used after that). See our Refund Policy for details.

Where is my customer data stored? Is it secure?

All data lives in Google Firebase, asia-east1 region (Changhua, Taiwan). Full HTTPS encryption, enterprise-grade infrastructure, daily automated backups. Firestore security rules strictly isolate each shop's data; staff only see what their role (owner/manager/beautician) permits within their own shop.

How hard is it to migrate from Excel / paper / another system?

MeiYe Zhan accepts Excel import for customers, products, and service items, with downloadable templates. The first import takes some effort, but afterwards your records become digital, cloud-backed, and automatically dashboarded — saving significant ongoing manual work. Stuck on migration? Can I take my data with me if I cancel?

Yes. MeiYe Zhan offers full data export covering customer profiles, treatment records, performance reports, and attendance logs in standard formats (Excel/CSV). You own your data — there is no lock-in.

Do I need to buy a POS machine or any hardware?

No. MeiYe Zhan is pure cloud SaaS — works on any browser (phone, tablet, laptop). Zero spending on POS hardware, maintenance, repair, or perpetual software licenses.

What are the core features of MeiYe Zhan?

Client CRM (profiles, visit history, tags, notes), treatment records (products used, beautician assignments, skin notes, payment tracking), package management (prepaid sessions with consumption tracking), staff attendance (with payroll & commission calculation), inventory (including stored items pending pickup), dashboard (daily/monthly revenue, performance, new clients), performance reports, leave management. Everything is included in the Standard Plan — no paid upgrades.

Does it work for multi-staff salons? How are permissions handled?

Yes — MeiYe Zhan scales from solo studios to large multi-beautician teams. Three roles: owner (full control), manager (staff & settings, but cannot transfer ownership), beautician (sees only their own clients & performance). Invite unlimited staff — there is no per-seat fee.

I own multiple shops — can I manage them all?

Yes. One account can manage multiple shops; data is fully isolated between shops, but you can switch freely between them. Each shop subscribes independently with separate billing and its own staff permissions.

How does MeiYe Zhan compare to a traditional POS machine?

Traditional POS systems require hardware purchase (NT$30K-100K+), license fees, recurring maintenance, paid feature upgrades, and replacement when you move locations. MeiYe Zhan is a cloud subscription (NT$999/month) — no hardware, continuous feature updates, works on any device, and follows you anywhere. Monthly subscription is cheaper than POS maintenance with broader functionality.

I manage everything in Excel — why switch to MeiYe Zhan?

How do I contact support?

What languages does MeiYe Zhan support?

The app interface is available in 9 languages: Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, English, Japanese, Korean, Indonesian, Vietnamese, Thai, Hindi. Each user picks their own interface language; staff in the same shop can use different languages simultaneously.
